Orders are delivered by PostNL.
You will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace number once the package has been scanned by PostNL. In this email is also indicated when the package will be delivered as expected. Within 24 hours the status of the package will be online trackable via the PostNL website. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
We handle delivery times from 2 to 5 business days. Items that are immediately available will be shipped on the day of order. We have two warehouses where the items are stored: Gemert and Venlo. From our location in Gemert we can deliver immediately. From Venlo we can deliver 1 to 2 times a week. Items stored in Venlo therefore have a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. This is then indicated in the article.
We always try to deliver your order in one package. If your order has items with different delivery times from different warehouses, then keep the longest estimated delivery time.
PostNL carriers choose their own schedule for delivery. Please note to be present on the delivery address on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00 in order to receive the shipment. You are always responsible for the acceptance of the shipment at the delivery address.
Important: For parcels over € 35, - we ask for your protection, your personal signature when accepting the shipment. If you are not able to acknowledge receipt of the order, we can not guarantee delivery. You are responsible for third parties who sign a receipt on your delivery address.
When a packet can not be delivered to you there are three possibilities (in the Netherlands):
- the postman leaves a note in the mailbox containing a code to indicate a new delivery day and possibly another location for delivery;
- the packet is delivered to the neighbors of this you will be informed by a note through the letterbox;
- the postman offers the package again on the next business day. When the second attempt also fails it is brought to the nearest pickup location. On presentation of your credentials the package can be picked up within three weeks from the next day. Then the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
For delivery outside the Netherlands other rules may apply.
You can choose to have the package delivered to one of the 2000 Post NL pickup points in the Netherlands and Belgium and to retrieve them at your convenience. If you'd want to use PakjeGemak choose during checkout at the delivery address for "Choose your location here if you want the package to be delivered to a PostNL delivery location." Then a location picker appears that can be selected to an appropriate delivery point based on the zip code.

After receiving the goods you have 14 days to consider whether you are completely satisfied with the product. After this period you have the right to terminate the agreement with Rosa Fashion Outlet. This is the right of rescission of the contract. From the day you reported the revocation, you have 14 days to return the product. The deadline for repayment is 14 days. This will start as soon as you have returned the product.
A return of products is made possible by reporting it to us. Do this by logging into your account, click on "Order History" and then selecting the order. Select what items you want to return and explain why you return the item. Then click on "Create a Return ticket. You receive from our customer service a message if the return has been approved and we will take care of the return as soon as possible. Here it is also possible to retrieve the 'status' of the return.
If you not have an account then it is not possible to report the return online. Send an email to email@example.com and mention the order reference and what item(s) you wish to return. Complete the enclosed return form and send it with the package back to us. Wait for confirmation from us before returning the items.
If you wish to exchange an article or wish to return an item, you only pay your own shipping costs. If you paid with PayPal, you can get reimbursed for the return fee by Paypal. Log in to your PayPal account and select the transaction for the returned item. In the transaction information, click 'Request refund' and collect the required documents in the form. If there is one or more documents in the file, you have 14 calendar days from the date of the original refund request to upload them. If you would like to change your request, sign in to your account, select the transaction of the item you've returned and click 'Request refund'. The exchange of different items is not possible. An item can only be exchanged for another size or color. If you like to exchange for a different item we ask you to return the purchased item after which we will refund the item on your behalf. The desired product can then normally be ordered on our website.
If there is impairment of an article Rosa Fashion Outlet may claim compensation of you. If the loss is solely attributable to controlling and fitting of the article as it would have been in a shop this does not apply.
